Shannon Cox is broker/owner of Belle Maison Realty and the leader of The Shannon Cox Team.  She is married to Raleigh, and they have two teenage boys.  She graduated from LSU in Marketing and moved to Texas after graduation.  Her husband Raleigh is a native Houstonian, so she considers herself 'Half Cajun/Half Texan'.  After a successful 25 year corporate career in the pharmaceutical industry, Shannon became intrigued with real estate after moving approximately 19 times, residing in 9 different states.  Those moves gave Shannon and her family a spotlight on realtors and what it takes to be successful.  She has 5-star reviews on Google, Facebook, and Zillow.  She is rated in the top 1% of all agents in HAR.  In 2020, she received an affiliate license with ABOR, and is now able to transact in both the Houston and Austin areas to serve even more clients.  Shannon has several luxury designations.  She is a member of the Carlton Woods Club and is a resident of Carlton Woods.  She served on the Carlton Woods Board of Directors as Vice President of the Homeowners Association for Carlton Woods Niklaus, a luxury gated neighborhood of 445 homes.  Shannon achieved Hall of Fame status at REMAX in just 4 years.  In 2023, Shannon achieved another milestone...her Broker License.  She is passionate about real estate, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.  She is a lover of coffee, big slobbery dogs, wine, and her family.
